A night shoot with the Houston Photowalkers took me to 19th Street in the Heights neighborhood of Houston. A group of about 25 amateur photographers led by a local professional descended on this area and for two hours had fun with night photography. Here is some of my work from the "walk."

Edith L. Moore Nature Sanctuary
I spent some time this last Saturday at the Edith L. Moore
Nature Sanctuary. This sanctuary is part of the Houston Audubon Society's
properties. I had heard a lot about it
but found it to be noisy, lots of road noise from the close by highways. I heard a lot of birds (I'm not good at
recognizing birds by their call) but didn't see much. So, no images of birds
today, just some scenes from the 17-acre urban sanctuary.
